We regularly undertake damp surveys of traditionally built properties for lenders who request a damp survey following a valuation, and also for homeowners who may have concerns about damp in their property and how to fix it without resorting to superfluous and expensive treatments which run contrary to basic principles of building conservation BS 7913:2013.
